Head Coach W LEON NAUFAHU.
Leon has enjoyed a varied and chequered career in advertising and direct marketing, but most recently, as a stay-at-home Dad, Leon has gained a psychology degree and a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. Bringing his experience, intellect, knowledge and wisdom to the fore as a coach, Leon has learned to appreciate the many paradoxes of living in a complex world, how little of life we actually control, how strong we can be when we are vulnerable, and how good coaching, like good parenting, is about creating a safe place to grow whilst allowing an authentic individual to emerge.
Leon's coaching career is focused on personal development, leadership, and understanding our relationships and interconnections in groups, teams and systems.
When Leon is not coaching, reading about coaching or writing about coaching, he is most likely to be discussing all things sartorial, listening to dance music, singing loudly in the car, coaching his sons at Balmain Wolves Rugby or motivating his family and friends in personal fitness sessions in his garage or parks around Balmain.
